Returns and Exchanges
In order to return an item, you must contact our customer service at 1-626-581-6109 to request an Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). RMA# must be clearly labled on the returning package. Also, we require a receipt or proof of purchase in your return. Items returned without an RMA# and proof of purchase are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Replacement will be provided in the case of manufacturer defect or hardware kit is missing from the package. No Returns/Exchanges will be accepted for international orders unless in the case of manufacturer defect or WellVisors error.
